| Abstract: | Isolated proteins from fetal calf serum needed for trypanosomal growth were labelled with I125, colloidal gold and fluorochrome tagged specific antibodies. The proteins were localized in the membranes and cytoplasm of parasites cutured in vitro in a defined liquid medium. |
