| 摘 要： | "激活剂与抑制剂对酶促反应的影响"实验,是影响酶活性的因素中其中一个实验,在多年的实验教学中发现该实验存在一些问题,从而使实验结果有较大的差异,为此笔者在以马如骏编写的第三版《生物化学》教材原有实验三的基础重新进行设置后,实验效果更好。

| Abstract: | Assay of effect of activator and inhibitor on enzyme activity is very important to understand enzyme property. Through many teaching activity, some existing problems were found which caused the different results by the same method from the teaching books. In order to solve those problems, a new set for such enzyme property study was made. The results showed well. |
