摘 要: | 用两相溶剂系统的离心逆流分配色谱仪,分离人工合成聚肌胞Poly I:C.采用步进洗脱和梯度洗脱.在梯度洗脱中对Ito氏的缓冲液进行改进,得到了很好的分离结果,分成四个组分,其沉降系数分别为12s,7.0s,6.3s,和3.8s.此分离结果优于普通柱色的结果.

Abstract: | Countercurrent chromatography (CCC) proposed by Ito [1] is a new liquid-liquid partition technique performed by the aid of acentrifugal field. In CCC technique, the use of solid supports is totally eliminated and a high partition efficiency comparable to liquid cllromatography can be obtained. |
