| Abstract: | Speciality and difficulty of the subsidization for poverty students in non-government higher in- stitution were discussed and innovating support ways,Strengthening the support and setting up a long- effect mechanism of the subsidization were proposed to improve non-governmental higher education with active,healthy and sustainable development. |
