Progressive hemifacial atrophy associated with Lyme disease. |

| Abstract: | A case is described of progressive hemifacial atrophy occurring in a child with Lyme disease. Borrelial infection may have been an etiologic factor in the progressive hemifacial atrophy, which was ultimately treated with an SIEA free-flap transfer. |
