| 摘 要： | 我们采取将小鼠下腹壁切开,暴露膀胱,向膀胱内注入一定量的白色念珠菌(以下简称白念)菌液,并关闭腹壁的方法建立了此模型。对模型动物进行微生物学检查发现,其尿、肾中白念检出率随时间的推移而逐渐下降,感染30天时为96％,60天时为53.8％。病理学检查发现,肉眼观察大多数肾脏均可见到轻重不同的改变,和对照组相比,肾重量有所增加;光镜下可见到确实的肾盂肾炎改变,至30天仍很明显。

| Abstract: | A model of mouse with pyelonephritis infected with Candida albicians has been reported here and changes of the model in microbiology and pathology were observed in the paper. The isolation frequency of Candida albicians from both urine and kidney specimen of the model animal decreased with prolongation of injection time. The results have shown that positive isolation frequency of Candida albicians was 96% in a month,and 53. 8% in two months respectively. The pathologic findings: a variety of findings from moderate to severe lesions were observed by the naked eye in most of the kidney speceimens. Compared with the animals in the control group, kindney weight of infected animals in different stages (7,15, 30 days after injection) increased especially remarkably after a period of 15 days. |
