高氧,低氧对脑循环与颅内压的影响

摘    要:氧是脑血管的一种有效刺激,高氧可以引起脑血流和颅内压的减少,而低氧却增加脑血流和颅内压。高氧与低氧对脑循环与颅内压起着相反作用。本文综述了高低氧下脑循环与颅内压的系列研究,及它们间的相互关系。

Abstract:Oxygen is an active stimulus of cerebral blood vessels. Hyperoxia can induce de-crease in cerebral blood flow and intracranial pressure, but hypoxia increases cerebralblood flow and intracranial pressure. Both hyperoxia and hypoxia play an opposite rolein cerebral circulation and intracranial pressure. Recent studies of cerebral circulationand intracranial pressure under hyperoxia and hypoxia were reviewed in the presentpaper with special reference to the correlation between cerebral circulation and intra-cranial pressure.
