Comparative proton nuclear magnetic resonance in cancerous and healthy tissues of mice, with variable frequency and temperature

We have measured the proton longitudinal relaxation time T1 in healthy tissues and tumors as a function of the Larmor frequency and temperature. We deduce the proportions and dynamics of bound and free water as differenciation criteria for NMR imaging.
