| 摘 要： | 人类染色体高分辨技术包括标本制作和带型识别两个不可分割的部分,本文介绍了一种显示人类单组染色体850—1000条带的高分辨标本制作技术和识别要点,并提供了从850—1000条带阶段的模式核型图。
