荷叶黄酮的溶剂热提取及其抗氧化作用研究

摘    要:研究利用溶剂热法提取荷叶中黄酮类化合物的最佳工艺条件,考察了提取温度、时间、料液比、乙醇的体积分数及提取级数5个单因素对荷叶黄酮提取率的影响,并在单因素的基础上进行正交实验得到荷叶黄酮提取的最佳工艺条件:料液比1:40、乙醇体积分数为60%、提取2.5 h、提取温度80℃,提取2次。并研究了荷叶提取物在新榨豆油中的抗氧化作用,效果良好。

Abstract:The optimal conditions of flavonoid extraction from lotus leaf by solvothermal method and its antioxygenation were studied.The results showed that the best technical conditions for flavonoids extraction could be obtained with ratio of raw materials and solution as 1:40,60% alcohol and extraction period for 2.5h,temperature at 80℃.The antioxygenation of the flavonoids was studied in the soybean oil.The graph of POV showed that the flavonoid was a good antioxidant.
