对硫酸软骨素传统提取方法的改进

软骨中硫酸软骨素与蛋白质结合成蛋白多糖，并与胶原蛋白结合在一起。本文采用先高温蒸煮，后加稀碱与酶解相结合提取该药物，ＴＣＡ沉淀蛋白质后，高岭土吸附，再用氯仿连续反萃取，使产品质量达到优级纯，较其他方法缩短了原工艺流程，提高了纯度，减轻了碱－盐提取所带来的环境污染。

The improvement on a troditional extraction of the chondroitin sulfate

In the cartilage,the chondroitin sulfate is combined with protein as to form protein polysaccharide,and also combined with colagen protein.In this paper we describe such a method of extracting this medicine.which shorten the technological process,raise the purification and lower the environmental pollution which is caused by base-salted extraction compared with other methods.At the beginning,boil and steam the cartilage at the high temperature;At the following,add some base which in low concentration and some enzyme:deposit protein by trichlo acetic acid;adsorpt by Kaolin;reextract continuously by chloroform.At the end of the process,the purity of the products come up to the GR (guarantee reagent).
