| 摘 要： | Dpl是第一个经过鉴定的类朊蛋白。称为叠朊蛋白。对其分子结构、分布情况,生物学功能,已经有所了解。Dpl蛋白在Prp基因敲除小鼠(Prnp~(0/0)或Prnp~(-/-))表现出的神经毒性。以及在Prnd基因敲除小鼠表现出对雄性小鼠的可育性的重要性,使其具有很大的研究价值。本综述对Dpl的最新研究进展进行了总结,便于进一步研究工作的进行。

| Abstract: | Doppel (Dp1) is the first prion-like protein that has been identified.We have known something about its molecular structure,internal disposition and biological function.It displays neurotoxieity in Prnp knock out mouse(Prnp~(0/0)or Prnp~(-/-)),and shows sig- nificance for male reproductive activity in Prod knock out mouse,resulting in great reearch value on it.This article has reviewed the re- cent research advances on Dp1. |
