Abstract: | Summary Optimal conditions for batch growth ofLactobacillus
plantarum, ATCC 8014, are a pH of 6.0, a temperature of 33°C, and an initial glucose concentration of 24 g/l. A maximum biomass concentration of 6.0 g/l was achieved. Growth parameters were also determined. |
