Esterase alterations in the liver and kidneys of ducky,a neurological mutation in mice

We have investigated qualitative and quantitative changes which occur with development and disease progression in nonspecific esterases of livers and kidneys of ducky mice. Total activity in both organs is reduced compared with normal mice, and permanent and temporary deletions of isozyme bands occur.
