Determination of the heparin content in basophilic granulocytes by cytophotometry |

| Abstract: | A method for estimating heparin content in basophilic leucocytes by means of cytophotometry of alcian blue--heparin complex is proposed. Its application for measuring heparin amounts in basophils of healthy donors and of patients with allergies is demonstrated. |
