| Abstract: | Bacillus subtilis spores were deposited in high-density single layers on metal, glass, and polymer substrates using vacuum filtration followed by a wetted filter transfer step. Quantitative analysis of spore transfer was performed using culture-based and germinability assays, and spore distributions were observed with electron microscopy. |
