食用菌抗衰老研究进展

摘    要:衰老已成为当今人们关注的热点问题之一,国内外抗衰老药物的研究发展很快,但由于化学药物的广泛使用及其毒副作用,研究者已将研究重点转向中药和食药用菌。食药用菌具有天然、营养、健康和多功能的特性,其保健功效的研究已引起广泛的关注,而关于其抗衰老的研究报道较少。本文就目前食药用菌抗衰老的研究进展作一阐述。

Abstract:Aging has become one of the hottest topics that drawn people attention. The research of anti-aging medicine has been rapidly developed both in China and abroad. Many researchers had turned their focuses their studies on Chinese traditional medicine and edible and officinal fungi (EOF) because of the widespread use of chemical medicines and toxic side effects. EOF has characteristics of natural, nutrition, health and multi-function and the research of health care efficacy has been aroused extensive attention. Since there are few reports about the anti-aging function of EOF, research progress on anti-aging efficacy of EOF were introduced in this article.
