Crystallization and preliminary crystallographic data of bovine pancreatic deoxyribonuclease I

Bovine pancreatic deoxyribonuclease I has been crystallized using the method of precipitation by polyethylene glycol 6000. The crystals diffract to 1.8 Å and belong to space group C2 with cell dimensions: $\text{a = 131.6}\text{A}\text{?}\text{, b = 54.9}\text{A}\text{?}\text{, c = 38.4}\text{A}\text{?}\text{, β = 91.4 °}$ and one molecule per asymmetric unit.
