摘    要:采用HPLC法对刺梨(Rosa roxburghii Tratt.)等4种蔷薇属植物在不同生长季节叶片的总黄酮甙含量和甙元配比进行了分析测定。结果表明,不同采摘期的华西蔷薇(R.moyesii Hemsl.et Wils.)绣球蔷薇(R.giomerata Rehd.e Wils.)和峨嵋蔷薇(R.omeiensis Rolfe)的叶片总黄酮甙含量有较大的差异,一般在展叶期黄酮含量较低,随后叶片黄

Abstract:The contents of total flavonol glycosides in leaves of four Rosa species collected in various months were determined by HPLC.Among the four species, Rosa roxburghii contained the highest concentrations of total flavonol glycosides with average amount 2.49%,and quantitatively little differences occurred in various months.The proportion of Kaempferol in total flavonols in the leaves of Rosa roxburghii was 51.5%.In contrast to that of R.roxburghii ,the contents of total flavonol glycosides varied with the stage of development of the leaves in R.moyesii,R.glomerata and R.omeiensis with the average amount 1.58%,1.95% and 1.42% respectively.The contents of flavonoid in leaves of the three species were low in April,then getting higher with the development of leaves and decreased as the fruit ripened.The flavnovols of leaves were mainly comprised of quercetin in the three species.
