| Abstract: | Summary Large amounts (3 g.l–1) of tensio-active substances can be produced continuously and recuperated using a tangential-flow filtration device. These compounds can emulsify crude oil and the emulsions, obtained with a crude oil over biosurfactants ratio of 500, remain stable for hours. |
