摘    要:本文报道了共栖于对虾体表的缘毛类纤毛虫一新种,拟恩茨聚缩虫。通过活体观察,蛋白银法及干银法染色对其形态学,口器结构及银线系做了全面研究,并与相似种做了讨论和比较。

Abstract:The present paper deals with a new commensal peritrich ciliates, Zootham- nium paraentzii nov. spec, on the penaeid shrimp Penaeus orientalis in seawater. The silver line system and infraciliature of the new species were studied by means of the protargol and dry silver impregnation method. Zoothamnium paraentzii nov. spec., (Fig. 1a-g, Tab. 1) Type location: Hongdao, Rushan, Rongcheng, Shandong Province Type specimens: deposited in College of Fisheries, Ocean University ofQingdaoDiagnosis: Body elongate conical with widely everted, one layer peristomial border, peristomial disc considerably elevated. Characteristic the very long triangular body shape when contracted (Fig. 1c). Pellicle smooth, endoplasm transparent, often somewhat greenish with many large food vacuoles. Macro-nucleus ribbon like. CV large, apical located. Colonies large, branching irregularly dichotomous, zooids attached very often to the same side of branches. No differentiation of macro-and microzooids.Remarks: The new species can be separated from the Z. entzii Stiller, 1946 by its branching form of the colony, the arrangement of the zooids on the stalk, the habitat, the body size and the shape of food vacuoles.
