摘    要:用酶法合成的10-十一碳烯酸葡萄糖酯进行真菌和细菌的抑菌试验,发现糖酯对白假丝酵母菌及革兰氏阳性菌和阴性菌都有抑制效果,对白假丝酵母菌、大肠杆菌、枯草芽孢杆菌、金黄葡萄球菌、变形杆菌的最低抑菌质量浓度分别为10、4、3、4和3mg/mL。

Abstract:6-O-(10-Undecylenoyl) D-glucose was synthesized by a enzymatic method. Its antibacterial activity was assayed. Tests showed that it had an antibacterium effect on Candida albicans, gram-positive bacteria and gram-negative bacteria. The minimum inhibitory concentrations for Candida albicans, E.coli, Bacillus subtilis, Staphylococcus aureus,and Proteus were 10, 4, 3, 4 and 3 mg/mL.
