215例出生缺陷围生儿临床分析

目的：探讨近几年出生缺陷发生率的变化，反思出生缺陷的发生与干预措施之间的关系。方法：收集1999年1月至2010年12月在我院分娩的围生儿7875例，回顾分析十二年我院检查及分娩的胎儿出生缺陷变化情况，分析其出生缺陷的种类及发生率的变化、结果：有出生缺陷的围产几215例，发生率为27．30‰。行产前诊断确诊后在孕妇知情同意下选择治疗性引产的88例，纠正足月活产婴儿的出生缺陷率为16．13‰，差异有显著意义（X2=22．16，P〈0．01）。结论：有效的产前诊断技术能及早作出出生缺陷的宫内诊断，对优生优育、提高人口素质及疾病控制有很大帮助。

Clinical Analysis of 215 Cases of Perinatals with Birth Defects

Objective： To investigate the incidence of birth defects in recent years, the change of the occurrence of the birth defects and reflect on the relationship between the intervention measures. Methods： A total of 7875 perinatal children,who were born in our hospital from January 1999 to December 2010,were collected. The changes of fetal childbirth and birth defects were analysed. Results： A birth defect perinatal infants dead in 215 cases, incidence 27.30 ‰, line prenatal diagnosis after diagnosis of informed consent in pregnant women choose 88 cases of therapeutic induced labor, correct term lie birth defects was born of the reduced to 16.13 ‰, meaning there is a significant difference （x2 = 22.16, P 〈 0.01）. Conclusions： Effective prenatal diagnosis technology can make the early birth defects within the diagnosis of eugenic and superior nurture, improve population quality and disease control has very great help.
