上皮性卵巢癌患者血清及肿瘤中Prostasin变化及意义

目的：检测prostasin在上皮性卵巢癌患者血清及组织中的表达，探讨prostasin在上皮性卵巢癌中的临床意义。方法：运用免疫组织化学发检测组织prostasin在20例正常卵巢组织、40例卵巢上皮性良性肿瘤以及26例卵巢癌中的表达，分析其与各临床参数间的相关性，并通过ELISA法检测26例上皮性卵巢癌患者血清prostasin水平，探讨血清prostasin与组织prostasin的相关性。结果：prostasin在正常卵巢组织中无表达，在卵巢良性及恶性肿瘤中的表达率分别为24．00％和71．47％，差异具有统计学意义（x2=16．37，P〈0．005）；prostasin表达与病理类型、分化程度呈正相关（P=0．001，P=0．002），与临床分期无明显相关性（P=0．154）；血清prostasin在卵巢上皮性癌组为14．07μg／ml，明显高于良性肿瘤组及正常对照组（P〈0．001）；卵巢癌组术后7天血清prostasin水平7．88μg／ml，明显低于术前（P=0．000）；术前血清prostasin浓度与组织prostasin表达呈线性相关（r=0．601）。结论：prostasin对上皮性卵巢癌的发生发展、诊断及预后评估具有意义。

Expressions and Clinical Significance of Prostasin in Epithelial Ovarian Carcinomas Serum and Tissues

Objective：To explore The clinic significance ofprostasin in serum and tissue of the epithelial ovarian cancer. Methods： Use immunohistochemistry to assay expression of tissues prostasin in 20 normal ovarian tissue,40 epithelial ovarian benign and 26 ovarian carcinomas,and analyse the correlation between prostasin and its clinical parameters.Moreover, ELISA method was used to detect the expression of serum prostasin in 26 epithelial ovarian carcinomas so as to explore the relation of serum and tissues of prostasin. Results： The serum prostasin levels in ovarian cancer group was 14.07μg/ml that was higher than benign ovarian tumor group and control group （P〈0.05）; the serum prostasin level in postoperative7 day was 7.88μg/ml which was lower than properation（p=0.00000）; prostasin was not expression in normal ovarian tissue, but its positive rate was 24.00 %and 71.47 % respectively in benign and malignant ovarian epithelial tumors, and the difference was statistically significant （x2= 16.37, P 〈0.005）; the expression of prostasin correlated with pathological type and differentiation （P= 0.001, P= 0.002）, with no significant correlation between clinical stage （P = 0.154）; concentration of preoperative serum prostasin expression and organization of prostasin were linear correlation （r = 0.601）. Conclusion： prostasin has a remarkable significance in epithelial ovarian carcinomas.
