老慢气患者下呼吸道微生态学的研究

为深入探讨老慢气的发病机理，运用微生态学原理对３２例老慢气患者下呼吸道以纤难支气管和环甲膜穿刺的方法采取气和必物标本，以进一步探讨老慢患者与菌群失调的关系。结果表明，老慢气患者下呼吸道需氧菌主要为肺炎链球菌、奈瑟菌、甲型链球菌。肺炎链球菌和奈瑟菌的检出率分别为５０％和４３．７５％。厌氧菌主要为消化链球菌、韦荣菌、优杆菌、丙酸力。消化链球菌检出率为８７．５％、韦荣菌为３４．３８％。药敏实验表明，肺炎

STUDIES ON MICROECOLOGY IN LOWER RESPIRATORY TRACT OF PATIENTS WITH SENILE AND CHRONIC BRONCHITIS

Senile and chronic bronchitis,incidence of which is up to 15%,is a common frequently-occurring disease in the world.To elaborate occurrence mechanism of senile and chronic bronchitis and imbalance relationship between its patients and their bacterium group,the trachea secretion in lower respiratory tract of the 32 patients was collected with the methods of fibrous bronchus mirror and puncture of cricothyroid membrane.The results showed that the aerophil bacteria mainly were S.pneumoniae,Neisseria,a-hemolytic Streptococcus.The determination rateof S.pneumoniae was 50%,Neisseria 43.75%.The aerophobic bacteria mainly were Peptostreptococcus,Veillonella,Eubacterium,Propionibacterium.The determination rate of Peptostreptococcus was 87.5%,Veillonella 34.38%.The test of drug susceptibility indicated that 93.75% of S.pneumoniae was sensitive to amino-benzyl penicillin,81.25% to cephalosposin-5,and that 87.55 of a-hemolytic streptococcus was sensitive to penicillin and amino-benzyl penicillin,62.5% to cefatrizine and fortum.It indicated that the test of drug susceptibility and notice the balance among bacteria group to the patients must be done before using antibiotic.The results also showed that the infection of the lower respiratory tract and the lung were caused from abnormal placed of the bacteria group.
