Abstract:There were some free proteins in crude product of the heparin sodium salt.The free proteins were difficult to remove using routine way in the purification of process.To remove the free proteins in the purification process of heparin sodium salt,the heparin sodium salt was degraded by trypsin in 50 mmol/L,pH 8 0 Tris HCl and degradation product was separated by DEAE Sepharose 4B anion exchange column.The specific activity of purified heparin sodium salt was about 170 U/mg.
