| Abstract: | The detection of major histocompatibility complex was used in transplantation primarily. Recently worldwide studies have generally agreed that HLA is an important etiologic genetic factor which plays a crucial role in some immune diseases. The paper reviewed the association between HLA and clinical diseases and also summarized various detection methods of HLA. |
