Abstract:Reaction of Me2PCH2PMe2 with [Ru3(CO)12] in a 1:1 or 2:1 ratio in the presence of [(Ph3P)2N]CN catalyst gives [Ru3(CO)10(μ-Me2PCH2PMe2)] and [Ru3(CO)8(μ-Me2PCH2PMe2)2] respectively. The complexes were characterized by elemental analysis, IR and 1H and 31P NMR spectroscopies.
