| Abstract: | The synthesis of mono- and bisphosphorothioate analogues of 3',5'-cyclic diguanylic acid (cdiGMP) via the modified H-phosphonate chemistry is reported. The immunostimulatory properties of these analogues were compared with those of cdiGMP. |
