摘    要:本文用扫描电镜研究了花背蟾蜍眼早期形态发生中视泡和预定晶状体、晶状体和预定角膜上皮间的紧密接触,此后在接触处出现间隙,其中存在呈网状的原纤维(fibril),这些原纤维的数量随两侧相连组织的分化,表现出增多、减少和逐渐消失的规律性变化,据此推测其成分属细胞外基质,对促进相连组织的分化起重要作用。

Abstract:The spatial relationship among various principal components of the eye during its early morphogenesis of Bufo raddei embryos was studied by scanning electron microscopy with emphasis on optic vesicle/cup and presumptive lens, lens placode and presumptive corneal epithelium. Close contact between each two tissues first happens at early stages of eye morphogenesis, but the contact between lens placode and presumptive corneal epithelium is closer than that between optic vesicle and presumptive lens, and almost no gaps can be seen in the former. With progress of the eye development an interspace appears between the two opposite tissues, and there are some fibrils in the interspace. The increase, decrease and disappearance of the fibrils with differentiation of the opposite tissues reveal regular changes. It is inferred that they might be extracellular matrix.During early eye morphogenesis the close contact and the existence of the fibril-like extracellular matrix in the interspace are very important for promoting the differentiation of the associated tissues.
