| Abstract: | Rectus abdominis myocutaneous flaps may be transposed through the retroperitoneum to reconstruct defects of the back and perineum. Cadaver dissections and clinical cases are presented to demonstrate the surgical technique and reconstructive possibilities of this flap. |
