摘    要:首次应用NIP标记CrylAc毒素并测定它与小菜蛾刷状缘膜囊(BBMV)的亲和力,结果表明:小菜蛾刷状缘膜囊可以由幼虫来提取,CrylAc毒素与小菜蛾刷状缘膜囊具有很高的亲和力。

Abstract:Binding assay was performed with NIP-labeled Bacillus thuringiensis activated toxin CrylAc on midgut brush border membrane vesicles (BBMVs) prepared from the whole larvae of dia- mondback moth Plutella xylostella. We conclude that the BBMVs can be isolated properly and CrylAc toxin binds saturably to BBMVs.
