| Abstract: | With a view to developing methodologies for predicting the carcinogenicity of chemicals on the basis of the results of short-term assays and selecting highly predictive batteries of short-term tests, a data base was assembled. The present is a compilation of data extracted from the reports of Gene-Tox working groups, Salmonella mutagenicity data obtained from the U.S. National Toxicology Program and the Environmental Mutagen Information Center and results from BHK21 transformation assays. |
