肺结核合并呼吸衰竭患者的护理体会

目的:分析探讨肺结核合并呼吸衰竭患者的临床护理措施,为总结临床有效护理效应提供依据。方法:回顾性分析我院2010年1月至2013年4月间收治的78例肺结核合并呼吸衰竭患者的临床护理措施的临床资料。结果:经过相应的治疗和护理,病情好转46例,死亡25例,另外7例患者病情缓解出院。其中多脏器功能衰竭死亡患者22例。结论:积极有效的治疗和护理措施,能改善患者的病情,提高治疗效果,延长患者生存期。

Clinical Nursing Experience on Patients Suffered fromTuberculosis with Respiratory Failure

Objective:To analyze the nursing methods on patients suffered from tuberculosis with respiratory failure and provide theoretical nursing basis for clinical nursing.Methods:78 patients who suffered from tuberculosis with respiratory failure were chosen from January 2010 to April 2013. The clinical nursing has been analyzed.Results:After treatment and relative nursing, 46 cases'' conditions improved, 25 cases died and the other 7 cases hospital discharge. 22 cases died from multiple organ dysfunction syndromes among the 25 cases.Conclusion:It''s good for patients suffered from tuberculosis with respiratory failure to get effective treatments and nursing methods.
