| Abstract: | The aim of this work was to elucidate, usingmolecular modeling, structural and electrostaticcommon parameters of several selective fibrinogenreceptor antagonists. From this theoretical pattern,we are currently designing and synthesizing originalnon-peptidic and selective carbohydrate-basedantagonists of the fibrinogen receptor. |
