| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨眼窝塌陷畸形的重建手术方法和临床效果，方法：对42例无眼球或眼球萎缩伴眼窝塌陷形的患者，行高密度多孔聚乙烯（MEDPOR）义眼座植入联合穹隆成形术，结果：所有患者眼窝畸形均得以矫正，随访6个月－3年，义眼座在眼眶内无脱出，移位或合并感染，装入仿真义眼片后，双眼对称，义眼活动度可达10－20度，结论：MEDPOR义眼座植入联合穹隆成形术矫治复杂性眼窝畸形在总体上取得了良好的效果，MEDPOR义眼具有良好的组织相容性，是矫正眼窝塌陷畸形的理想材料。

| Abstract: | Objective:To investigate the reconstructive surgery of socket sinking deformity and its clinical effects. Methods: High-density porous polyethylene (MEDPOR)orbital implantation with fornical plastic surgery have been performed on 42 patients with anophthalmia or eye ball atrophy resulting in socket sinking deformity. Results: All patients with socket deformity have been corrected. After postoperative follow-up 6 months to 3 years,there was no extrusion,migration or infection of the implant. Prosthetic mobility was 10-20 degrees and saccade was symmetrical in all cases. Conclusion: The overall therapeutic effect of MEDPOR orbital implantation with fornical plastic surgery for complicated socket deformity was better. MEDPOR orbital implant is shown to be bio-compatible and an ideal material for socket sinking deformity. |
