北京鸭产卵期输卵管管状腺细胞超微结构研究

用电子显徽镜对北京鸭输卵管管状腺细胞进行观察。鸭输卵管由五部分组成:漏斗、蛋白分泌部、峡部、壳腺和阴道。蛋白分泌部的管状腺细胞有四种类型。A型细胞有电子密度深色颗粒;B型细胞充满了无定型低电子密度物质;C型细胞具有非常明显的粗面内质网和高尔基复合体;D型细胞是由致密的颗粒和低电子密度的颗粒所组成,腔内充满分泌颗粒。我们在这篇文章中分析了蛋白分泌周期的四个不同阶段。

AN ULTRASTRUCTUREL STUDY OF TUBULAR GLAND CELLS IN THE OVIDUCT OF THE PEKING DUCT DURING THE LAYING PERIOD

In Peking duck, the oviduct consists of five distinct regions: the infuudibulum, the magnum, the isthmus, the shell gland and the vagina.The infumdibulum gland cells have a dilated cisternae of granular endoplasmic rec-ticulum near the nucleus and the mitochondria are inconspicuous.The tubular gland of magnum consists of four basic cell types. Type A cells are packed with electron dense granules; type B cells (cpcupied by large area) are filled with amorphous material of low electron density; type C cells possess a well-developed rough endoplasmic reeticulum spaces and Golgi complexes; and type D cells consists of dense granules and low electron density granules. The lamina of the glands are filled with albuminous secretions.The cells of the tulbular glands of isthmus contain numerous mitochondria. Those cells secrets the material of the egg membranes, the glands of the uterus provid the organic matrix and mineral elements of the shell. Mitochondria are a prominant feature of the gland cells. An unusual feature of their microvilli are elongated with bulbous tips which bud off and appear to form part of cell sercetion.We described four distinct phases in the cycle of albumen formation and secretion in this paper.
