| 摘 要： | 应用主成分分析原理提出测定多个交配组合多性状综合遗传效应的方法，将多性状综合遗传效 各主成分遗传效应与其相对重要树重乘积和，此法消除了性状间相关和环境因素的影响，得到的多性状综合遗传效应可以互相比较，便于选出最佳交配组合用于动物生产。

| Abstract: | Based on the principle of main component analysis, I tried to deduce the method of measuring the synthetic genetlc effect. The synthetic genetic effect of multi-character was defined as the sum of products of principal components with their relative economical weights. The method can be used to select the best mating group for animal prodution. |
