蝎毒诱导红藻氨酸癫痫大鼠海马内胆囊收缩素原mRNA的表达

摘    要:目的和方法:本工作用红藻氨酸(KA)癫痫模型,对用蝎毒处理住房第马内胆囊收缩素原mRNA(PCCK mRNA)表达进行原位杂交观察,并对国产东亚钳蝎粗毒抗癫痫反复发作的机制做了初步探讨。结果:原位杂交的实验显示,三周KA后,实验对照组与空白对照组相比,腹侧海马是海马门区PCCK mRNA阳性神经元数目明显减少(P〈0.05);实验给药组大鼠8例,其中有6例腹侧海马门区PCCK mRNA阳性神经元数

Abstract:Aim and Methods:In the present study, the effect of scorpion venom (SV)on the expression of PCCK mRNA in the ventral hippocampus of epileptic rats and its possible mechanisms was investigated by in situ, after SV or normal saline (NS) administrated for three weeks. Results: The number of PCCK mRNA positive neurons was markedly decreased in the ventral hippocampus, especially in hilus of KA NS group as compared with NS NS group. However, in six of eight SV treated group the number of PCCK mRNA positive neurons was significantly increased than that of KA NS group and the NS NS group. Conclusion: SV may selectively increase the expression of PCCK mRNA in the hippocampus of epileptic susceptible rats. We postulate that this effect may be one of the important antiepileptic mechanisms of SV.
