亚硝化菌株的筛选及其初步鉴定

摘    要:从化工废水和城镇污水生物处理反应器水中取样,用斯凯尔曼亚硝化假单孢杆菌培养基及硅胶平板分离得到4株可以利用氨氮生长的菌株,并对其形态和生理生化性状进行分析。初步研究结果表明。它们可能分属硝化菌、丝状菌和假单孢菌。在溶氧浓度大于1mg/L的液体培养基中,以上菌株能够将氨氮转化为NO2^-,基本没有NO3^-,又能将氨氮转化为气态氮,且水中NO2^0和NO3^-不再累积,分别保持在小于9mg/L和小于2.0mg/L的水平。

Abstract:Four strains with higher activity of ammonia degradation were isolated with silica gel plate and Skerman's medium for nitrification from wastewater treatment system of chemical plants and the treatment system of domestic wastewater Through analyzing physiological properties,the four strains may be identified into Nitrosomonas sp,Hyphomicrobium sp and Rhoropseudomonas sp When the concentration of dissolved oxygen in the medium reached 1 mg/L or above,it was investigated that ammonia nitrogen could be converted into NO - 2 with the four strains and partly converted into gaseous nitrogen while NO - 3 hardly existed. The concentration of NO - 2 and NO - 3 was low,less than 9 mg/L and 2 0 mg/L respectively
