发酵法生产多不饱和脂肪酸的研究进展

摘    要:文章从高产菌株的筛选,发酵条件等方面介绍了微生物发酵生产多不饱和脂肪酸的主要研究进展。同时简要介绍了多不饱和脂肪酸的提取制备技术,并对其发展前景提出了建议。

Abstract:This article introduced the biochemical study on producing polyunsaturated fatty acids by microorganism and emphasize the new advance in production of polyunsaturated fatty acid by microbial fermentation.We review the recent progress on studies of screening of high yield mutant strain through induced mutation and gene enginerring and discuss the important factors that work during the process in the production of PUFA.The separation,purification of PUFA are also briefly investigated. At last the development prospects of PUFA production by Microbial Fermentation were briefly outlined.
