超声引导下微波消融在甲状腺良性结节中的价值分析

目的:分析超声引导下微波消融治疗甲状腺良性结节中的价值。方法:选取我院接受治疗的140例甲状腺良性结节患者,根据治疗方法分成两组,微波消融组接受超声引导下微波消融治疗,药物治疗组接受甲状腺激素药物治疗。对比分析两组患者甲状腺结节体积和数量、甲状腺功能变化,并比较两组副反应发生率。结果:微波消融组治疗后结节体积低于药物治疗组,而体积缩小率高于药物治疗组,组间差异存在统计学意义(P0.05)。治疗后,患者血清学T3、T4、TSH改善明显,其中微波消融组改善最显著,组间差异存在显著性(P0.05)。结论:超声引导下微波消融能够减小甲状腺良性结节数目和体积,促进甲状腺功能逐步恢复,建议临床推广。

Analysis of the Value of Ultrasound-guided Microwave Ablation in Thyroid Benign Nodules

ABSTRACT Objective: To analyze the value of ultrasound-guided microwave ablation in the treatment of thyroid benign nodules. Methods: 140 patients with benign thyroid nodules were selected. According to the treatment method, they were divided into two groups. The microwave ablation group was treated with ultrasound-guided microwave ablation (microwave ablation), and the treatment group was treated with thyroid hormone. The thyroid nodules volume and quantity, thyroid function changes of the two groups were compared, and the incidence of side effects of the two groups were compared. Results: The volume of nodules, T3, T4 and FSH in the microwave ablation group after treatment, which was lower than those of the treatment group. The volume reduction rate was higher than that of the treatment group, and the differences between the two groups were with statistical significance (P<0.05). Conclusion: Ultrasound - guided microwave ablation can reduce the volume of thyroid nodules and promote the gradual recovery of thyroid function.
