摘 要: | 目的:研究脑干听觉诱发电位(BAEP)与后循环短暂性脑缺血发作(TIA)及脑干梗死的相关性。方法:选取我院收治的后循环TIA患者46例作为TIA组,选取同期收治的脑干梗死患者44例作为脑干梗死组,选取同期健康体检者49例作为健康组,TIA组和脑干梗死组均在发病后1周内进行BAEP检查,健康体检者在体检时进行BAEP检查,比较3组的Ⅰ、Ⅲ、Ⅴ波的潜伏期(PL)及Ⅰ-Ⅲ、Ⅲ-Ⅴ、Ⅰ-Ⅴ波峰间的潜伏期(IPL)。结果:TIA组BAEP异常率71.74%,脑干梗死组BAEP异常率56.82%,健康组BAEP异常率24.49%,TIA组患者BAEP异常率高于健康组,差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。脑干梗死组BAEP异常率高于健康组,差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。TIA组患者PL的Ⅰ、Ⅲ、Ⅴ水平均高于健康组,差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。TIA组患者IPL的Ⅰ-Ⅲ、Ⅲ-Ⅴ、Ⅰ-Ⅴ水平均高于健康组,差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。脑干梗死组患者PL的Ⅰ、Ⅲ、Ⅴ水平均高于健康组,差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。脑干梗死组患者IPL的Ⅰ-Ⅲ、Ⅲ-Ⅴ、Ⅰ-Ⅴ水平均高于健康组,差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。脑干梗死组患者IPL与PL均明显高于TIA组(P0.05)。结论:BAEP与后循环TIA及脑干梗死存在相关性,并且较为敏感,是优秀的诊断方法之一。

Correlation of Brainstem Auditory Evoked Potentials with Posterior Circulation TIA and Brainstem Infarction |

Abstract: | ABSTRACT Objective: To study the brainstem auditory evoked potential (BAEP) and its correlation with posterior circulation transient ischemic attack (TIA) and brainstem infarction. Methods: 46 patients with circulating TIA in our hospital were selected as TIA group, and 44 patients with brainstem infarction during the same period were selected as brainstem infarction group. 49 healthy subjects from the same period were enrolled as healthy group. TIA group and brainstem infarction group were examined by BAEP 1 week after the onset of symptoms, while healthy group underwent BAEP examination during physical examination. I, III, V wave latency (PL) and I-III, III-V, I-V wave latency (IPL) of the three groups were compared. Results: The abnormal rate of BAEP in TIA group, brainstem infarction group and healthy group was 71.74%, 56.82% and 24.49%, respectively. The abnormal rate of BAEP in TIA group was higher than that of the healthy group, and the differences were statistically significant (P < 0.05). The abnormal rate of BAEP in brainstem infarction group was higher than healthy group, and the differences were statistically significant (P < 0.05). The PL I, III, V levels in patients in group TIA were higher than the healthy group, and the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). The IPL I-III, III-V, I-V levels in patients in group TIA were higher than the healthy group, and the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). The PL I, III, V levels in patients in brainstem infarction group were higher than the healthy group, and the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). The IPL I-III, III-V, I-V levels in patients in brainstem infarction group were higher than the healthy group, and the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). The IPL and PL of brainstern infarction group were all obviously higher than TIA group (P < 0.05). Conclusion: BAEP is correlated to posterior circulation TIA and brainstem infarction and are. It is sensitive and one of the best diagnostic methods. |
