摘    要:目的:在动物体内进行新型钛材料的生物安全性研究。方法:采用TAI纯钛板材(Ti≥99.9%,宝鸡英耐特有色金属有限公司),通过对钛材料的喷砂、酸蚀、碱热等处理后,构建微纳双级骨仿生结构。对处理材料进行扫描电镜观察后,再经过兔皮下实验、小鼠急性溶血性实验确定此种材料的体内安全性。结果:1.扫描电镜结果显示:经过喷砂酸蚀碱热处理后的实验组具有微纳复合结构,与骨组织表面形态更为接近,从仿生学出发,更利于骨组织愈合与抑制骨组织周围炎的发生。2.皮下植入实验结果:经过喷砂酸蚀碱热处理后的实验组与只经过喷砂酸蚀的对照组对生物组织无明显刺激,未见明显的周围组织炎。3.急性毒性实验:未见经过喷砂酸蚀碱热处理后的实验组与只经过喷砂酸蚀的对照组出现明显的生物学反应,未见明显体重下降。结论:新型表面处理钛材料在生物安全性的动物体外实验方面无异常,可以进行下一步实验。

The New Titanium Material Biosafety of the Oral Cavity
Abstract:ABSTRACT Objective: Biosafety studies of new titanium materials in animals. Methods: Experimental use pure titanium plate of TAI (Ti 99.9% or higher, English knight baoji non-ferrous metal co., LTD.), Through to the titanium materials sandblasting, acid corro- sion, alkali heat after processing, Build the micro-nano two-stage bone bionic structure. To handle material after the scanning electron microscope, Acute hemolytic experiment with mice for determining the material security of the body, Line observation and histological analysis of test results and use SPSS21.0 statistical analysis software with the result of experiment and control group. Results: 1. Scanning electron microscopy (SEM) results showed that after sandblasting acid alkali heat treatment, the experimental group with micro-nano composite structure and the bone tissue surface morphology is more close to, based on bionics, favors the bone healing and inhibit bone tissue inflammation around. 2. Subcutaneous implant test results: After sandblasting acid alkali heat treatment, the experimental group and after sandblasting acid corrosion of the control group were only for biological tissue has no obvious stimulation, no obvious inflam- mation of surrounding tissue. 3. The acute toxicity experiment: no sandblasting acid erosion base after heat treatment and only after sandblasting acid corrosion of controls appear obvious biological response, no significant weight loss. Conclusion: Experiments show that the new surface treatment of titanium material in the biological safety of animal experiments in vitro without abnormity, you can do the next phase of the experiment.
