摘    要:黄柄钙皮菌是黏菌中的一种重要模式生物,本文筛选了其无菌培养条件,比较了生活史不同阶段的发生时间,同时比较了生活史中孢子萌发、原质团生长及子实体形成3个阶段的培养条件。结果表明,黄柄钙皮菌适宜的培养条件为:在20%水琼脂上于28℃进行孢子萌发;在24–26℃下20%琼脂+40%燕麦培养基上进行原生质团的培养;在24–26℃下1 000Lx光照10–14h时形成子实体。

Optimization of axenic culture conditions of Myxomycete Didymium iridis

Abstract:Axenic culture conditions of Didymium iridis (Myxogastrea) were screened and optimized, and occurrence time and culture conditions of the three growth stages (spore germination, plasmodium growth and fruiting body formation) of the slime mold were compared. The cultivation conditions of D. iridis were optimized as follows: spore germination on 20% agar at 28°C, plasmodium growth on medium containing 20% agar and 40% oat at 24–26°C, and fruiting body formation on medium containing 20% agar and 40% oat at 24–26°C under 1 000Lx illumination for 10–14h.
