蓝莓毛色二胞枝枯病的病原菌

摘    要:近期在山东胶南的蓝莓种植区发现一种枝枯新病害,被侵染的枝条变色坏死,甚至引起全株干枯死亡。通过组织分离法和玻璃毛细管法获得纯化菌株HMQAU140073。通过形态学观察、rDNA-ITS和EF1-α序列分析及柯赫氏法则验证,确定该病原菌为假可可毛色二胞Lasiodiplodia pseudotheobromae。这是假可可毛色二胞所致蓝莓枝枯病的首次发现。

The pathogen causing Lasiodiplodia twig blight of blueberry

Abstract:A new disease of blueberry twig blight was found in Jiaonan of Shandong Province, causing necrosis and discolor of twigs and stems or even death of entire plants. The pathogen strain HMQAU140073 was isolated and purified by methods of tissue isolation and glass capillary. The pathogen was identified as Lasiodiplodia pseudotheobromae by morphological observation, sequence analyses of rDNA-ITS and EF1-α, and its pathogenicity was confirmed by Koch’s postulate. The fungal species is firstly reported as the pathogen of blueberry twig blight.
