| 摘 要： | 近年来,基于连锁不平衡的关联分析被逐渐应用于解析真菌数量性状的遗传基础。本文在介绍关联分析方法的基础上,综述了关联分析在真菌遗传学中的研究进展,并对其未来的应用前景进行了展望。

| Abstract: | Recently, association analysis based on linkage disequilibrium has been gradually used in dissecting the genetic architecture of complex quantitative traits in fungi. In this paper the methodology of association analysis is introduced, and its research advances and application prospects in fungal genetics are outlined and discussed. |
