| Abstract: | Cervical spondylotic myelopathy involving≥3 levels is called multilevel cervical spondylotic myelopathy(MCSM),which has a high disability rate and should be surgical intervention as soon as possible.Anterior cervical decompression and fusion is a surgical method for the treatment of cervical spondylotic myelopathy,but with the increase of surgical segments,decompression and reconstruction become more difficult.Scholars have made many attempts and improvements to the surgical methods of MCSM,but the choice of surgical methods has not been determined.In this paper,the relevant research status of anterior cervical surgery is summarized. |
