| 摘 要： | 以"3S"技术为支撑,利用影子工程法、市场价格法、费用支出法、碳税法、能量替代法和NPP模型,分析了青海湖流域生态系统的功能变化和景观结构,在生态系统服务功能价值和区域景观价值评估的基础上,首次尝试提出了青海湖流域区域生态补偿的上下限标准。初步分析了青海湖地区生态补偿的上限为841.95亿元,生态补偿的下限为250.73亿元,其结果将为青海湖流域区域生态补偿的实施提供科学依据。

| Abstract: | Based on the technology of GPS, GIS and RS, the functional changes and landscape structure of Qinghai Lake watershed ecosystem are analyzed by using of shadow project approach, market value approach, travel cost approach, carbon tax approach, energy substitute method and NPP model. On the basis of ecosystem service values and regional landscape values, the upper and lower limits for regional eco-compensation standards in Qinghai Lake watershed are put forward. The results show that upper limit of ecological compensation is 84.195 billion yuan, and the lower one is 25.073 billion yuan in Qinghai Lake watershed. The results of this research will provide a scientific basis for the eco-compensation in Qinghai Lake watershed. |
