| 摘 要： | 目的艾迪注射液可促进骨髓造血,扶植肠道正常菌群生长。方法将选择病例随机分为艾迪注射液治疗组(试验组)及常规化疗组(对照组)。观察其化疗前及化疗后2周IL-3及GM-CSF水平,外周血中性粒细胞绝对值,肠道常驻菌(肠杆菌、肠球菌、双歧杆菌、乳酸杆菌)指标。结果各项指标同单纯化疗组相比,差异均有显著性(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论艾迪注射液具有促进骨髓造血功能、扶植肠道正常菌群生长的作用。

| Abstract: | Objective AiDi injection could improve the function of hematopoiesis,prop up the growth of normal intestinal flora.Methods To devide the patients randonly into two groups:AiDi injection during chemotherapy(experimental group)and chemotherapy only(Control group).The following data must be measured two weeks before and after chemotherapy :the level of IL-3 and GM-CSF,peripheral mature neutrophilic granulocyte count.Intestinal permanent flora(Enterobacteria,Enterococcus,Btfidobacterrim and Lactobacillea).Result All data showed remarkable differentce compared with the simple chemotheraphy group(P<0.05 or P<0.01).Conclusion AiDi injection can perform the function of improving the hematopoietic function and propping up the growth of nomal intestinal flora indeed. |
